1. The inner Circle is the sole Product of Lifestyle international PVT. Ltd.
2. Customers are eligible to become 'The Inner Circle'' members upon making a purchase of Rs. 2500 on a single visit. Alternatively, membership can be availed on payment of Rs.150.
3. The Inner Circle membership card is valid for purchases at the authorized Lifestyle stores in India only.
4. On receipt of your ‘The Inner Circle’ membership card , please sign on the reverse of the card immediately
5. While making purchases at the Lifestyle stores, please present your membership card to the cashier before billing. Points will be credited to your The Inner Circle membership account upon presentation of your ‘The Inner Circle’ membership card.
6. The allotment and redemption of points will be solely at the discretion of the Lifestyle management.
7. The card remains the property of Lifestyle and the cardholder will be the custodian of the same.
8. Lifestyle reserves the right to withdraw anyone or all of the cards issued by them on a card or all cards being withdrawn .Lifestyle will be responsible to the card holder only to the extent of the points in the credit of the cardholder’s account.
9. Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse to award points to withdraw points or refuse the right to redeem points accumulated for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.
10. Points once redeemed against a purchase can in no event be re-credited.
11. Points will not be awarded or earned in the following cases
a. Sale(period)
b. Special offers / promotions / items excluded by the management
c. All Gift Vouchers
d. Credit notes transactions, since points are not deducted when return of good are made
12. No cash refund will be entertained for purchases made on your membership card.
13. Gift Vouchers are valid for redemption only at the Lifestyle stores
14. The Inner Circle membership will be allotted purely at the discretion of the management and the final discretion on all matters relating to the card shall rest with Lifestyle
15. Cards lost shall be the sole responsibility of the cardholder and such loss should be intimated to Lifestyle immediately.
16. If cards are lost/ stolen or damaged, a fee of Rs.100/- will be charged for issue of duplicate card.
17. Member's signature is subject to verification at the time of purchase or redemption.
18. If the Gift Vouchers issued against the points are lost, Lifestyle will not be responsible and no duplicate Gift Vouchers will be issues in this regards
19. This card is not a credit card for any purchase.
20. Add on card can be obtained for Rs.100/- and in such a case the points will be accumulated to the main card.
21. This card is not valid for Lifestyle staff.
22. Disputes, if any will be subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
23. The Inner Circle card statements detailing purchases and points earned are sent to customers once in a quarter. Therefore points can be redeemed only once in a quarter.
24. Points will be given net of tax only.
25. Flash your membership card before billing to avail points.
26. Bonus points will be valid for a period of 3 months.
27. All special offers,updates and your account activity details will be communicated to you through SMS,Direct mail and /or email.
