    ABOUT THE PROGRAM:


    Lifestyle Edge is a differential rewards program for the most valuable customers of Lifestyle. The program comes with a host of benefits:   

    1. Priority Billing
    2. Additional 10% discount coupon on enrolment
    3. Parking benefits
    4. Additional 20% discount on purchases in Birthday month once a year
    5. Assured offers on Top Brands
    6. Free Home Delivery on Alteration & Online Purchases
    7. No limit for LMR points redemption

    Customers who are already a part of Landmark Rewards can become part of the program by paying an enrolment fee of Rs.499 at Lifestyle stores. The enrolment fee is non-refundable. Once enrolled into the program, customers can avail the benefits for a period of 12 months from the date of enrolment.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    1. Lifestyle Edge is a mobile number-based program and mobile number will be the sole identifier for customer to avail benefits.
    2. Membership into the Lifestyle Edge program is non-transferrable, non-assignable and non-refundable and the program benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment into the program.
    3. To enrol into the Lifestyle Edge program, customer needs to be a part of Landmark Rewards. A customer is required to share his/her name, email Id, phone number and DOB to enjoy benefits of the program.
    4. Lifestyle Edge benefits are applicable on purchases made at Lifestyle stores only and not applicable at Lifestylestores.com.
    5. Priority billing counters are set separately at stores and managed basis customer inflow at the billing counter. An edge customer is required to show his EDGE status on Lifestyle Buddy to get billed at Priority Counter.
    6. Parking benefits up to the value of Rs.50 will be credited as Landmark Rewards points i.e., 83 points on every visit, on a minimum billing of Rs 500/-. Multiple visits to a store in a single day are counted as one visit. Points will be credited on next day basis and will be valid for 60 days from the date of credit of points. Parking points will not be issued for the sales & return transaction done on the same day.
    7. Additional 10% discount coupon will be given once, at the time of enrolment. Redemption will begin only after 15 days from day of enrolment and Coupon will be valid for 60 days. One time Maximum discount allowed is Rs.2500/-.
    8. Assured offers on top brands will be available to customers at stores through scanning QR codes at respective locations where offers are available. The offer is valid once in a month, per customer.
    9. Assured offers on top brands will be an instant discount at the time of billing and will be over & above other prevailing discounts at stores.
    10. Additional 20% birthday discounts benefits will be available through M-coupon during the birthday month for customers where birthday information is captured as per Landmark Rewards records. In the absence of Date of Birth, coupon will not be sent to a customer. Max discount allowed is Rs 2500.
    11. By 20th of every month birthday coupons will be sent to all the customers whose birthday is in next month. For Eg. if a customer enrols into EDGE between 20th to 30th/31st and has birthday in the next month, he will receive the coupon only after 11 months. Also, if a customer’s birthday falls in the same month as that of his EDGE enrolment, he will receive Bday coupon only after completion of 11 months. Offer will be applicable on Discounted items as well. Offer can be used only in stores and not applicable for purchases made online. Maximum discount is Rs. 2500/-
    12. No two coupons can be redeemed on the same bill.
    13. Online coupons are not valid on beauty, watches, sunglasses, perfumes, facemasks, smart watches, smart bands, mens grooming, Jockey, Manyavar and Fahrenheit.
    14. A customer is required to go to CSD and show his EDGE status at the CSD counter while requesting home delivery of altered garments. Home delivery of altered garments is not applicable for blazers and suits and is limited within a city where the store is located.
    15. Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd. Does not provide any guarantee or warranty on the services of Lifestyle Edge and may, at its sole discretion and without any prior intimation, either add or discontinue announced benefits, brands, stores from the program.
    16. The Lifestyle edge membership will be issued solely at the discretion of the management and the final discretion on all matters relating to the membership shall rest with Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd.
    17. Lifestyle does not provide any guarantee or warranty of the services
    18. Enrolment in the lifestyle Edge program is solely at the discretion of Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd.
    19. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts only.
    20. The maximum liability of Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. for all claims, disputes and damages in law or equity shall be limited to Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only). Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind (including without limitation lost profits/revenue, lost savings, loss of data, loss of business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with Lifestyle Edge program or any other services, whether based in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence) or otherwise.
